Returns

For all return requests please contact us at support@thejewellerybar.co within 3 days of recieving your order. We address returns on a case-by-case basis.

Items must be returned in there original condition, undamaged and unworn, properly secured in The Jewellery Bar's packaging.

The Jewellery Bar does not accept returns for earrings or items bought on sale.

Our jewellery is crafted with high-quality materials to ensure longevity and durability. Please refer to the 'Jewellery Care Tips' page for more details on how to care for your pieces.
